When people see Newfoundlands, it’s easy to think of large, powerful dogs, but they are more than just their size. According to the American Kennel Club (AKC) they love people and other dogs and are great with small children. So don’t be fooled by their big boards.
The AKC also states that the best of this breed is that it is extremely patient and takes care of children, making it the perfect wolf. Family life makes any Newfoundland happy, so it’s no wonder Chui is sad to see the kids go.
Thankfully for Chui, the vacation lasted a few days and before her family knew it, she was back. Savino said he was “happy to be with the family” and was relieved the next time he packed his bags. I hope it doesn’t get to him soon.

Savino was happy with the positive response to her post, explaining that many owners know the sad look on their dogs’ faces when they leave. He said
The video has already melted millions of hearts online and the post has 1,900 comments on TikTok. One man replied: “Well, it’s very sad, I feel sorry for the dog.”
Another said: “I hate that every time I take my dogs for a walk it’s so sad it breaks my heart.”
