Mailbox (Snoqualmie) – Choose one of two options to get to the top of this mountain: hard or hard. The Old Trail to Mailbox Peak is legendary, as a must-see hike for backcountry hikers and as the steepest climb and descent to require a rescue call due to injury or loss. Whichever route you choose, Mount Rainier will love you, both before and after the summit.
